On April 22nd, the First Judicial District (Philadelphia) further extended the suspension of all non-emergency Criminal Court hearings through May 29th.
Please call the office at (215) 231-9844 if you wish to discuss filing an emergency petition to release a friend or family member who is incarcerated due to bail, a county detainer, or a county sentence.
Additionally, please call the office if you have any questions related to the rescheduling of cases.
I will be working remotely during this time period. In person meetings/consultations are cancelled until further notice. However, I am available by phone and have the ability to schedule video meetings at your convenience via Zoom.
